1. Hybrid Athlete Fitness
It doesn’t matter if you only have experience of strength training, endurance training, or neither. The first thing we do at H+ Performance is put you through the “Hybrid Foundation”, a training phase designed to lay solid foundations to your Hybrid Training career. This initial 3 month training phase is then built on over another 3 months, when you specialise into your chosen goal.

2. Mission & Purpose
At H+ Performance we believe that having a set goal is fundamental to help you focus on your training. Whilst having something big on the horizon might seem daunting, we’re here to guide you throughout your training and also your chosen event. Growing in confidence as an athlete comes from doing and experiencing life outside the comfort zone, whether that’s doing your first ultramarathon or your first Hyrox competition.

3. Challenge & Adventure
We organise regular “challenge weekends” for our client community, where we can meet up as a group and take on various parts of terrain that the U.K has to offer. We also set individual mini challenges along your training journey that will help you to build the overall picture of resilience, fitness and adventure.
