During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and what the best ways might be to go about it. I’ll then start to formulate your training, nutrition and everything else in between.

How does this actually work?
Firstly, this kind of coaching is not a “my way or the high way” approach. I want to help you achieve your goals, and it’s a collaborative approach.
Communication is so key to success, which is why I believe in more contact time than most.
At a minimum, you’ll be able to have a zoom call with me every 2 weeks so we can go through your training together and talk in more detail about how it’s going, as well as planning ahead for the next few weeks.
You’ll be able to log all your training results including exercise footage into our training app which we can also communicate through.
Plus you’ll have my WhatsApp for ongoing comms.
Testing, Refining, Building.
