How long is the 1:1 Online Coaching H+ Performance Programme?
For the majority of our clients, being a Hybrid Athlete is a year round commitment. We aim to develop you over the long term into becoming a multi skilled athlete that can perform to a high standard at different disciplines.
But, to give you an idea of what we recommend - an initial 4 month phase is the minimum amount of time that we will take someone into our 1:1 coaching for.
How much is the H+ Performance Programme?
We offer 2 main programmes: our 1:1 Online Coaching programme designed to fine tune and hit specific Hybrid goals and challenges:
1:1 Hybrid Coaching - £234 - £275 pcm
Or our Hybrid Foundation Programme specifically designed for people just starting to explore the world of Hybrid Training (you might already be competent at strength training, or come from an endurance background, or be completely new to all of this. The design of each Foundation is based on your individual starting point).
Hybrid Foundation Programme - £234pm (this is a 6 month training process)
What do the programmes include?
As a minimum both programmes include personalised nutrition, 2 face to face check-ins per month, a full training programme delivered on TrueCoach, plus around the clock WhatsApp support from Henry.

Is there a minimum commitment?
We require a 4 month minimum commitment for the 1:1 Online Coaching. After that all we require is 28 days of notice to cancel your subscription.
Don’t worry, you can re-join at any time and get going again!
The Hybrid Foundation is a 6 month training programme however, as it’s designed to be split into two distinct training phases to give you the best approach (depending on your starting point as Hybrid Athlete) to make you into a more “complete” Hybrid Athlete.
Do I need a gym membership?
To see the best results we recommend that you find yourself a convenient gym.
